Hospites is not responsible for the Content of its users. You many not post any Content that is unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, threatening, defamatory. Examples of such contect that is not allowed include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity
- Defamatory, discriminatory, or malintent content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups
- Spam, machine, randomly generated, or constituting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising
- Content containing or installing viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other content that is designed to disrupt or damage the functionality of any technology or breach unauthorized data or information of a third person
- Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights
- Impersonating any person or entity including Hospites and its employees or representitives
- Violating the privacy of any third person
- False information and features
All posted content will be reviewed by a Hospites employee before it will be processed and viewable on the website or other services. Any content that is not approved will not be posted. Any violations to our Content guidelines may result in Your accounts termination without an appeal.
